Will we be partnered with a specific consultant, or will it vary since you have multiple consultants?

You will be partnered with a specific consultant tailored to your needs. At the start of the week, we align on consultant availability and capacity to ensure the best fit for your business. We will introduce you to your consultant and highlight their expertise and why they are ideally suited to support you.

Is there a minimum contract duration, such as 90 days? What if we decide to discontinue after the first month?

As of January 2024, 8F operates on a month-to-month basis. Our goal is to build long-term trust and partnerships with our clients. While we encourage giving us three to six months to effectively build and implement strategies, there are no long-term contracts required. However, our best relationships often last for years.

What does the experience with 8F entail exactly?

The 8F experience consists of two main phases: discovery and implementation. In the discovery phase, we thoroughly understand your business's constraints and needs, presenting a 12-step plan for the first quarter. During the implementation phase, we work collaboratively to execute these steps, ensuring sustainable results and continuous planning on a quarterly and annual basis.

How much training and consultation do you provide specifically for building out client acquisition?

We offer both one-on-one consultations and group coaching options for client acquisition. Our group coaching, led by Jordan, is $1,000 per month and includes four group calls a week, covering topics such as sales, capacity, LTV, content, lead generation, and business development.

Can you explain more about the initial discovery process? The expense seems high just to get started. Is it possible to start monthly consulting without it?

Our discovery process is designed to deeply understand your business before we begin consulting. This ensures that our strategies are customized and effective, unlike a one-size-fits-all approach. If you are unwilling to undergo the discovery process, our services may not be the best fit for you, as our uniqueness lies in delivering personalized plans tailored to your specific needs.

What should I expect during our partnership, and how will we communicate?

During our partnership, you can expect a collaborative and transparent process. We begin with an in-depth consultation to align on goals and expectations. Regular progress updates, scheduled meetings, and clear communication channels ensure you're informed every step of the way.
