You will work directly under our AI Strategist to dispatch and build AI-powered agents that optimize client workflows. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced AI-driven automation systems using n8n, RAG systems, and other AI tools to maximize efficiency, scalability, and client success.

Note: We are looking for highly skilled, reliable developers. We do not work with “vibe coders” – only those who take ownership, deliver results, and build systems that work.

Responsibilities:

- Build, configure, and maintain AI-powered agents to optimize client operations

- Analyze agency operations and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency

- Design workflows using vector databases and multi-agent frameworks to automate critical processes

- Build implementation roadmaps that transform how agencies deliver marketing services

- Design complex multi-step workflows in Make.com, n8n, and other automation platforms

- Integrate AI tools (OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.) and RAG systems to enhance workflow efficiency

- Collaborate with the AI Strategist to turn strategy into actionable, automated systems

- Identify client process bottlenecks and create innovative AI and automation solutions

- Develop training materials and documentation for client teams

- Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and continuous improvement of workflows

- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and automation trends

This role will leverage automation tools to build complex, AI-first workflows for our 7 and 8 figure marketing agency clients. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated processes that drive efficiency and scalability while maintaining strong client relationships. You can expect to create autmations in/and conecting Go High Level, Asana, Notion, Hubspot or similar.

Your Responsibilities:

- Design and build sophisticated automation workflows localy or in n8n that integrate with clients' existing tech stacks

- Develop AI-powered solutions by integrating with platforms like OpenAI, Google Gemini, and other AI tools

- Configure and optimize complex multi-step scenarios with error handling and monitoring

- Collaborate with the Operations team to enhance client systems through automation

- Identify inefficiencies in client processes and implement automated solutions

- Deliver training and documentation for client team members on implemented workflows

- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement of automation systems

- Stay current with new Make.com features and AI developments to suggest innovative solutions

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience building complex Make.com scenarios with demonstrated results

- Strong background in software development, engineering, or a related technical field

- Experience integrating AI tools into automated workflows

- Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and JSON/XML data structures

- Problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness when handling complex integration challenges

- Independent worker with strong technical troubleshooting skills

- Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance mindset

You are the architect of transformation. You don't just implement AI; you redefine how clients operate. Your mission is to design, deliver, and scale AI agents that solve real-world business problems while driving measurable impact. You are the bridge between client ambitions and the AI Brain's capabilities.

Areas of Responsibility:

- Client Onboarding & Success: Lead clients through the AI adoption journey. Ensure they understand, embrace, and thrive with the agents you design.

- Solution Design & Strategy: Analyze workflows, identify operational bottlenecks, and architect AI agent solutions that maximize efficiency, revenue, or engagement.

- Agent Delivery Oversight: Work with your developer pod to implement solutions, ensuring the agents function as intended and deliver business value.

- Developer Onboarding & Ramp-Up: Train and onboard your pod of developers on client agents, workflows, and best practices so they can execute efficiently.

- Capacity Coordination: Collaborate with the PM to understand developer availability and capacity, planning deliverables realistically.

- Client Relationship Management: Build trust and credibility with clients. Communicate clearly, consultatively, and confidently.

- Iterative Improvement: Collect feedback, analyze performance, and refine AI agents for continuous optimization.

Definition of Success

This role doesnt have any certifications or bacround that is a must, but if you consider your self AI fluent and are a killer client facing solustions motivated arhitect, then this is the role for you. However being sucessful in this role means:
